For 30 years, Günther Strauss has been working as a project manager for international large technology corporations around the globe. In Austria, Europe, Africa, and Asia, he has successfully initiated over 70 projects. 

Collaborating with diverse cultures has shaped his understanding and approach to appreciative intercultural communication. As a Senior Project Manager, he not only bears the responsibility for achieving project objectives within the specified timeframe but also for the individuals in his team.
